You must enter your MAX ID and your Personal Identification Number (PIN) to gain access to the Banner Web Information.
Your User ID:You may enter your MU ID (uppercase M followed by 8 numbers)
Your PIN: Create a PIN that is a unique combination of 6 letters, numbers or special characters. The PIN is case sensitive so you can use upper and lower case letters.

Questions/Problems with hardware, software, internet browsers, etc.: If you are having difficulty using MAX because of technical problems, please contact the Help Desk at 871-7777, email help.desk@millersville.edu.
Time-outs: If you are logged on to MAX, but you haven't accessed any information for 10 minutes or more, you will get a 'timeout' message. At this point, you will be required to reenter your MAX ID and PIN in order to continue using the web. This is a security feature.
